In this program, your students will meet sixteen children at various times in their lives from age one to twelve. For each child, students will be shown six different milestones in that child's development. For each of these stages of growth, they will be given a list of five personal characteristics.
 
For example, they may be told that Abby can count to ten, that Kalisha is learning to add and subtract in school or that Michael earns money for cutting the lawn. By reading and analyzing the five characteristics, students must decide how old the child is at that milestone.

During the simulation, they can actually move from room to room in a real house and have a 360 degree view of the living room, bedrooms, bath and kitchen as they search for everything that could be a danger to their child.
